4th of July Ice Stars

Summers are usually hot here, but this 4th of July was especially so. So we made star shaped red, white, and blue ice cubes (stars).

Look how fun!

Eli experimented with the stars to see how it colored the water.

After the sun went down we had a bonfire and watched the fireworks from our backyard.

And of course played on the playground.

His first time going down the slide all by himself (without falling back and hitting his head :-))

His faces crack me up!

Hope your 4th was just as fun!
